Hi, I’m Sheetal Sumra, a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and the founder of Sheetal Therapy & Wellness Clinic.

With a background in medical science and healthcare, I developed a deep understanding of human anatomy and the importance of individualized patient care. After moving to Canada, I completed my Massage Therapy training in Ontario and continuously expand my clinical skills through hands-on practice and ongoing professional education.

My approach is simple: listen to your concerns, assess what your body needs, and design a treatment tailored specifically to you.
